Design Development
Our design team will turn the approved schematics into floor plans, exterior elevations, electrical plans, cabinetry elevations and finish selections.
Construction Documents
Continued refinement of your drawings and coordination with additional disciplines as needed, to provide a complete set of documents that include engineering, finish schedules, and allowances for your approval.
Bid Process
All drawings and finish allowances reflecting design intent are sent to an approved list of builders for cost estimation. Bid estimates are reviewed for thoroughness and sent to owners for review and final selection.
Permitting
Preparation and submission of all necessary documents as required by local regulation.
Project Management
Our team will work alongside contractors, tradespeople and owners to ensure the project is executed to plan in a timely manner.
